How long does it take to receive my custom graphics kit?
Once your order is placed, our design team creates a proof within 2-3 business days. After your approval, production takes approximately 3-5 business days, followed by shipping via your selected carrier.
Can I see a proof of my design before it is printed?
Absolutely. We send a digital mockup of your custom graphics to your email for approval. We will not proceed to printing until you are 100% satisfied with the layout and logo placement.
What materials do you use for your MX decals?
We use industry-leading, high-tack vinyl paired with a heavy-duty laminate. Our materials are specifically engineered for motocross, ensuring maximum durability and resistance against pressure washing and abrasion.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, MotocutzMX ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy on custom orders?
Because custom graphics are manufactured specifically for your bike model and personalized with your name/number, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will replace the item immediately.
Can I add my own sponsor logos to the kit?
Yes, we have a vast library of industry logos. If you have a personal sponsor, you can upload their high-resolution vector file (EPS, AI, or PDF) during the ordering process.
